I have not faced many challenges, since it is only the second week. However, one struggle for me has been adjusting to the differences between the Hot Spot and Scout (where I work outside of school). While each business has it's similarities, the tasks that I do are completely different. At Scout I answer the phone a lot and most of my work is done on the computer. At Hot Spot, I have helped customers face to face a lot, and have had to adjust to the faster paced environment. My mentors have been super cool and really good at training us thoroughly. Each day I learn more and more alongside my friends, who are going through this whole experience with me.
